Karma2Moksh is operated by the Hariram Gupta Charitable Foundation, working across India and Canada to provide dignified last rites for the unclaimed and the underprivileged. This policy applies to this website and the ways you can reach us through it. You can contact us any time at donate@karma2moksh.org.

Information you give us. When you donate, volunteer, request help, or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share — such as your name, email, phone number, city, and message.

Payment information. Donations are processed by our payment provider, Helcim. We do not see or store your full card details; they are handled by the provider on their secure systems.

Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited, the approximate country a visit comes from, and general device or browser type. This helps us improve the site and is not used to identify you personally.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — such as our payment processor (Helcim), our form and email delivery, and our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel) — and only as needed to provide these services. We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing donate@karma2moksh.org. Depending on where you live (including India and Canada), you may have additional rights under local data-protection laws, and we will honour those rights where they apply.

Our site uses only the minimal cookies needed for it to function and to gather anonymous, aggregated analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
