This website is operated by the Hariram Gupta Charitable Foundation (“Karma2Moksh”, “we”, “us”). We facilitate dignified last rites and related support for the unclaimed and the underprivileged across India and Canada. Information on this site is provided for general purposes.

Donations made through this site are voluntary and are processed securely by our payment provider, Helcim. Donations are charged in Canadian dollars (CAD); amounts shown in other currencies elsewhere on the site are indicative only.

Where eligible, we will provide a receipt for tax purposes. Because donations directly fund time-sensitive work, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us promptly at donate@karma2moksh.org and we will do our best to help.

Submitting a request for assistance does not, by itself, guarantee that help can be provided. We respond based on our capacity, location, and the circumstances of each case. If you are facing an emergency, please contact your local emergency services or authorities first.

Volunteering with us and organisational partnerships may be subject to separate agreements, screening, and applicable local requirements. Registering interest through this site is the first step, not a commitment by either party.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or submit false, harmful, or unlawful content through our forms.

The content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — belongs to the Hariram Gupta Charitable Foundation or its licensors and may not be reused without our permission.

Our site relies on and may link to third-party services (such as our payment provider). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, which are governed by their own terms and policies.
